Just a few wedding photos for the blog

My mom took this photo and I just love it!
We had a chance to take some really great pictures in downtown St. Joseph after the wedding and before the reception and this is one of them!
Natalie hand made the cake topper for me and it was the most beautiful, most perfect topper ever! Nothing else would have been better!
One of my friends took this picture of me as I sang "When I look at you" to Jason.
One of the biggest hits at our reception was the photo booth! I loved it so much! We really got so many awesome pictures of our guests because of this booth!
My friend, Christiane, took this picture of Jason and I as we exited the Church and it's one of my favorites too! I made all these red flags for our guests to wave as we walked out and it was so pretty!
My bouquet with our rings. The vibrant reds of the roses and berries and the burnt orange calla lily's were so gorgeous. I started crying when I first saw them in the church!
Jason and I at The Whitcomb, St. Joseph.
Jason and I with the new carousel in the background.
At the Millcreek Barn. Loved that location!
Yes. Me and my red shoes!
This is definitely my absolute favorite picture! Love all the smiles and genuine reactions!

Little excitements

Sometimes it's the small things that just make me so excited! For example, we have finally ordered an over-the-range microwave and I just picked it up today! We have it in the house now, but have to wait for our buddy, Jimmy, to get a chance to get it installed for us! I'm really excited though! There were only two appliances missing from our house when we bought it, and this is the second thing. And now, our house will be pretty much complete! Oh, wait a minute... I forgot about the dishwasher we don't have. Jason does a pretty good job, but a dishwasher would really be best!

Mini marriage update

Just a few random tidbits...
Married life is great! Jason is the best husband ever! I've started a new job at Whirlpool that I love and instead of working 4-10 hour days with Friday's off, I now work 7:30 to 4 p.m. and I've been working out after work and making dinner, so we aren't eating so late anymore!
We've really got hooked on Glee and American Idol this spring, they can be so addictive!
Jason loves salads and we both love home made pizza, so that's what we had for dinner tonight. I'm in charge of the grocery shopping, but I'm also on a budget, so that's the bummer part of it, but we've been eating healthy and it feels great!
Lori and Todd usually invite us over for dinner about once a week, and it's great! Lori makes great meals and I go over and help play with the kids while she cooks, sometimes I help Lori cook too, though. We love those kids so much! And of course, Todd usually entices us to stay longer with a bonfire! Or at least Jason! They seem to be BFF's! Haha!
Until next time!
